Eligible vs. Non-Eligible Cases
The following breakdown clarifies which situations qualify for a refund and which do not:

- Product completely non-functional on a supported device, unresolvable after support
- Duplicate charge for the same order
- Request submitted within 48 hours of purchase
- Technical issue confirmed by our support team that cannot be resolved
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Software already downloaded and/or activated
- Change of mind after purchase
- Request submitted after 48-hour window
- License key shared, resold, or distributed
- Issues caused by unsupported device or OS version
- Account terminated due to Terms of Use violation
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Unverified claim that the product “did not work as expected”
Refund Process

Include your purchase date, crypto transaction ID, plan purchased, and reason for refund
Review & Decision
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and notify you of the decision
Incomplete requests or those missing transaction evidence will not be processed.
Timeline
Here is the typical timeline for refund requests:
- Request received: Confirmed within 24 hours by email
- Review period: 24–48 hours from receipt of complete information
- Decision communicated: Via email with explanation
- Refund processed (if approved): Within 3–7 business days
- Crypto confirmation: Depends on blockchain network speed (typically 1–24 hours)
Cryptocurrency Refunds
Since all payments on BYPASS KYC are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments, all approved refunds will be issued exclusively in cryptocurrency.
- Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment
- The refund amount is calculated based on the crypto value at the time of the original transaction
- We do not issue refunds in fiat currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.)
- You must provide a valid receiving cryptocurrency wallet address
- Network/transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
Exceptions & Special Cases
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider case-by-case exceptions at our sole discretion. These include:
- A confirmed and documented technical issue on our end that prevents the software from functioning at all
- A critical bug introduced by one of our updates that breaks core functionality, where no patch is available within 7 days
- Extraordinary circumstances reviewed and approved by our management team
Exceptions are handled individually and do not set precedent for future requests.
Disputes
If you believe your refund request was wrongly denied, you may escalate the matter by replying to the denial email and providing additional evidence or context. We will review the escalation within 5 business days.
