By accessing or using the BYPASS KYC website and any of its associated applications (FaceGate, VolCam, FakeCam, SynthFace), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

BYPASS KYC provides software applications designed to stream images and video to device cameras for privacy and technical testing purposes. Our products include:

• FaceGate — Facial recognition bypass application (Android / iOS)
• VolCam — Universal virtual camera application (Android)
• FakeCam — Real-time media injection application (Android)
• SynthFace — Complete verification suite for Windows (Business only)

All software is provided as-is and is subject to updates, modifications, or discontinuation at our sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using BYPASS KYC, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

BYPASS KYC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software on the number of devices specified in your plan:

• Starter plan: up to 2 devices simultaneously
• Professional plan: standard multi-device use
• Business plan: up to 5 simultaneous devices

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use BYPASS KYC services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the software to commit fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing our applications without authorization
• Using the services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems

We are not responsible for how users choose to use the software. The user bears sole responsibility for any consequences arising from their use of our products.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available through BYPASS KYC are the exclusive property of BYPASS KYC and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted no right or license, express or implied, to any intellectual property owned by BYPASS KYC, except as expressly set out in these Terms.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BYPASS KYC does not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BYPASS KYC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall BYPASS KYC’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service during the past three months.

BYPASS KYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the software immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of BYPASS KYC following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
